Funtivities!
Last weekend Hannah and I celebrated our anniversary by going to dinner at BoneFish Grill. The Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer was incredible and is highly recommended. We then mosied on up to Mercy Lounge in Nashville for a lovely show by Matthew Perryman Jones. He had some of the best musicians in Nashville with him, including Paul Moak on guitar, Todd Bragg on drums, Cason Cooley on keys, and a guy I don’t know on bass. Such a great group of talented friends… you should buy their music (especially Matthew’s). He’s unstoppable. Here’s a shot from the night.
On another note, this week I’ve been engulfed in another project around the house. Our living room is now a nice shade of neutral. It was a pasty contractor’s white (like all new houses built before there are owners). Many many thanks to Hayden for the extension ladder… if not for him, we’d be sporting a two-tone living room due to our 15 foot vaulted ceiling. Now we can eventually get new seating, window treatments, and properly decorate our walls, which we have needed to do for 10 months. I’d say we’ll have new furniture next spring if I’m making the dollars. Have a look at my handymanliness.

We’re about to start redoing our living room. I’ll be posting some pics of that project I’m sure.
